Terms of Business

Terms of Business

This Terms of Business document outlines how DDP Partners Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates and how this relates to you, our client. It also sets out the basis of our business relationship with you. From time to time, we may amend these Terms without prior notice.

Who We Are

DDP Partners Limited (“DDP Partners”) is an independent commercial finance brokerage based in Brentwood, Essex. We work with a wide network of UK-based lenders to source competitive business finance solutions for our clients.

Company Registration Number:  16691138

What We Do

DDP Partners provides access to a range of commercial funding options, including (but not limited to) unsecured business loans, merchant cash advances, working capital facilities, asset finance, and short-term loans.

We act solely as a broker — not as a lender — and we do not provide regulated financial advice or guidance on tax, legal, or accounting matters. You should obtain your own professional advice in these areas if required.

Based on your circumstances and requirements, we may introduce your application to one or more lenders from our panel. We will always aim to present funding options that are suitable and commercially appropriate for your business needs.

How We Are Paid

Only on the basis that DDP Partners Limited is successful in obtaining funding for your business, a success fee of 2.5% of the total loan value will be payable.

This fee will be invoiced directly to you by DDP Partners Limited upon the successful drawdown or receipt of funds from the lender.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no fees are payable if funding is not secured or you choose not to proceed.

We may also receive a commission or introductory payment from the lender upon completion of your facility. Any such payment is separate from and does not affect the success fee payable by you.

Our Role and Your Responsibilities

We will use our experience and network to identify funding options that may be suitable for your business. However, the final decision to proceed with any facility rests entirely with you.

Before entering into any finance agreement, you should carefully review the lender’s terms and ensure you are comfortable with all terms, conditions, and repayment obligations.

Documentation

Once an agreement has been approved and signed, your finance documentation will be provided directly by the lender. Please review these documents carefully and contact the lender immediately if anything appears incorrect.

If your agreement includes a right to cancel, this will be clearly explained by the lender.

Data Protection

DDP Partners takes data protection and confidentiality seriously. We collect and process client information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal and business information will only be shared with lenders and relevant third parties for the purpose of securing finance. We retain client information for a minimum of three years, after which it may be securely deleted if no longer required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes by contacting us directly.

Quality of Service

Our commitment is to deliver a professional, transparent, and responsive service at all times. We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients through integrity, communication, and efficiency.

We expect the same standards from the lenders we work with and strive to ensure all clients are treated fairly and consistently.
